At an initial consultation for chiropractic or spinal decompression treatments, our chiropractor will assess mobility, balance, spinal alignment, and more to determine the correct chiropractic or decompression care plan for you. Each patient has different needs and a care plan may include chiropractic, massage, and other treatments.

Please bring a photo ID and your insurance information, if applicable. At the start of your consultation, you will complete our new patient paperwork. This paperwork will ask for your family history because some issues in your body can be hereditary (but that does not mean that we cannot fix them). It will also ask you questions about your health habits and your medical history. We want to cover all bases so that we are able to help you as much as possible.

Once that is complete, our medical assistant or the chiropractor will run x-rays and an orthopedic (foot) scan. Next, the chiropractor will discuss what the patient is feeling, pain levels, past injuries, and other information to conduct a patient assessment and examination.

The patient examination will require you to move around and possibly even lay down so that we can get a better feel for what is going on. The Chiropractor will develop a care plan based on your personalized needs. Be sure to tell Prairie Grove Chiropractic all about the pain you are experiencing and any other symptoms you may be having.

And don't worry - we are not one of those offices that pressures our patients to but a prepaid plan.  We offer affordable non-insurance rates and accept most major insurances.
